When you log into your careers account, you will see the status of your application under the ‘Candidate Zone’.
If you would like to provide an updated resume or cover letter, please email careers@childrens.harvard.edu and we will update your profile.
Complete all required fields of the application and select ‘Submit’. After doing that, you will receive a ‘Thank you for applying’ email.
The recruiting process timeframe varies depending on the number of applications we receive and the urgency of the position. If a member of the Talent Acquisition team would like to speak with you, they will reach out to you directly.
While we encourage you to consistently check out our careers website for open job opportunities, you can also learn about new opportunities by setting up job alerts. To do this, simply join our Talent Network and select the types of positions about which you’d like to be notified.

The Transition to Nursing Practice Program at Boston is a comprehensive, year-long program for all newly licensed nurses. The program supports their transition from the academic setting to the clinical practice setting and offers opportunities for them to develop. The program is offered five times a year (March, May, August, September, and November). To be considered for a newly licensed nurse position at Boston Children’s Hospital, please apply to the Transition to Nursing Practice Program, New Graduate RN position that will be posted on our website.
